Faulty or received wrong item Return Policy

Return will not be accepted if buyer did not submit RETURN FORM.

1. All item(s) must be returned in original condition (with packaging)
2. Proof of defect must be verified by In Tune Piano Co. return to be eligible.
3. Return shipping cost will be borne by In Tune Piano Co.
4. Exchange shipping cost will be borne by In Tune Piano Co.
5. In Tune Piano Co. will send a brand new item(s) to buyer once the faulty or incorrect item is received.
6. Fully refund to Store Credit if the item is no longer in stock.

Warranty Return

1. All shipping cost will be borne by buyer.
2. We recommend using courier service with tracking numbers to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
3. Buyer hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us.
